Chris Johnson

Law is possibly an unlikely career for an ex footballer, but football was my first love and I played professionally until my late twenties.
After a stint in advertising, working for some of the industry’s biggest agencies, I decided to retrain in the law, and like many of my colleagues completed my Law Degree and LPC at Liverpool John Moores University in the late 1990’s.
For the next 12 years I worked at Haworth and Gallagher, handling a very mixed case load of civil litigation, licensing and family law, before leaving to set up Johnson and Boon in 2015.
I now specialise in Family Law, with a specific interest in high value matrimonial matters and am the Compliance Office for Legal Practice within the firm.
Though my playing days are over, my love of football has never deserted me, and I’m a keen supporter of Liverpool FC (other universities and football teams are available!)
